2. “While ordering Mexican in Chinatown might throw you for a loop, the drinks don't have to. This underground speakeasy specializes in pulque, a tangy beverage made from fermented agave sap that only contains about 6 % alcohol. Stay safe with the Pulque Clasico or add tequila or mezcal for something stronger. Either way, the drink goes perfectly with anything off the menu, but we suggest the sikil pak (pumpkin seed dip) and fish tacos.”
