“Great place to go for a walk. Although a walk along the paths of this remnant of lowland semideciduous Pacific dry forest is quite warm and there's a bit of a climb to the lookout, the shade of the trees does offer slightly cooler climes. Much wildlife can be seen, it's a quiet oasis within the city and the view of both the canal and city is rewarding. Bring a water bottle.”
