“Being French, it is a bit hard to believe that an English chef can cook classical French cuisine ! Well, this is perfectly well done in Le Timbre (so called because it is as small as a post stamp). Sometimes a few English specialties are married to classical French products, and the result is always nice and surprising. This restaurant is different, very welcoming and fluent in english.”
