“Foodies will flock to this restaurant just outside of town for one name alone -- it's run by Argentine celebrity chef Francis Mallman. Go for the name, but stay for the food. Many of the menu dishes are cooked in an old Andean technique called "infiernillo" (little hell) where meats and fish are cooked in between two wood fires on different sized iron griddles. Try Mallman's signature dish, the Butterfly Brotola al “infiernillo” with grilled vegetables, or the magret of duck with Malbec juice.”
