Chef Seiji Wakabayashi's is one of the most celebrated chef's in the world. At Bushi-Tei he combines his french culinary training with the cooking of his native homeland, Japan. The food is outstanding - a major highlight is the fois gras in pumpkin pot de creme. It's just unbelievably good. The setting is romantic and elegant and ideal for a special night out.
