“Whether you are a local or a visitor, you must spend some time at the Golden Gate Bridge. Truly a work of art, the Golden Gate Bridge has both a pedestrian walkway as well as a bike path. The span is only a mile and a half, but dress warmly as the sea air is brisk. Many bike rental shops are available if you wish to bicycle across the bridge to enjoy the spectacular views. And, if you are too tired to bike back you can always hop on the ferry in Sausalito to bring you back to the city.”
