2. “To many, this is the quintessential San Francisco restaurant. Housed in a former bank building on a stretch of Divisadero that the restaurant has helped to redefine, Nopa turns out delicious, simply prepared California cuisine in an unpretentious setting. The perennial favorite is that rare place that's both a laid-back neighborhood gathering spot and a best-in-class, travel-worthy dining destination.”
