Aspiring chefs, food lovers and fans of Chef Patrice Martineau’s highly personal European-inspired cuisine will appreciate this hands-on Master Class in the kitchen of Peter, covering the restaurant’s four-course lunch menu. Afterwards, participants will enjoy the full meal at the restaurant, and bring home a chef’s apron with the Peter logo.The 2-hour class begins from 9 am and may be booked by groups of four to ten guests. The per person fee of ¥25,000 is inclusive of a 10% service charge and 5% sales tax. Bookings and enquiries may be placed with the Concierge; a 48-hour minimum advance notice is required.
