Hei Fung Terrace’s Dim Sum Chef, Ying Kit Lam, provides a glimpse into the complex world of Dim Sum preparation – covering the basic dough, flavourful fillings, and how to shape these labor-intensive “touches of the heart” that are among the world’s most beloved Cantonese delicacies. Each participant receives a Peninsula chef’s apron and enjoys a Dim Sum luncheon afterwards at Hei Fung Terrace.The two-hour class begins from 9 am and may be booked by a minimum of four people. The per person fee of ¥13,800 is inclusive of a 10% service charge and 5% sales tax. Bookings and enquiries may be placed with the Concierge; a 48-hour minimum advance notice is required.
