Executive Chef Gerhard Doll leads an intriguing class on the multi-faceted world of cooking with tea. Participants will create and enjoy a four-course meal of tea-inspired dishes from the Naturally Peninsula Cookbook, “Tea Flavours,” covering a range of techniques and the healing, sensory-stimulating benefits of cooking with teas and herbal infusions. Each participant will receive a copy of the beautifully photographed cookbook and a Peninsula chef’s apron. The two-hour class begins from 9 am and may be booked by a minimum of four guests. The per person fee of ¥22,000 is inclusive of a 10% service charge and 5% sales tax. Bookings and enquiries may be placed with the Concierge; a 48-hour minimum advance notice is required.
