“This is perhaps THE best department store in the world. The visual merchandising work is always on point -- last time I was there I saw real plants matched with jewelry and accessories throughout the store, arranged by artist Makoto Azuma. I live in NYC and can positively confirm that neither Bergdorf's nor Barneys offers artistic and creative inspirations that Isetan does. Their super gourmet food emporium downstairs is always bustling with energy and fun. It's also a place where you can find exclusive items and preview items from many designers that you can't otherwise find anywhere else.”
