The Tablet Plus members-only program (the "Member Program") from Tablet, Inc. ("Tablet," "we," or "us").

ELIGIBILITY
The Program is available to those customers who sign up for our membership program "Tablet Plus" and agree to pay for the annual membership fee ("Members"). The Program is also available to gift recipients who have had our membership program "Tablet Plus" purchased for them ("Members") by another party who has agreed to pay for the membership fee.

ANNUAL FEES
There is a US$195 annual fee for participation in the Member Program. The annual fee for the Member Program will be billed to the credit card you provide during the enrollment process; it is not refundable. Gift purchasers will be billed for one year only; gift purchasers will not be billed automatically each year on the enrollment date anniversary.

BENEFITS
Members will receive from hotels participating in the Member Program (the "Participating Hotels") at least four of the following privileges listed below.

* Free upgrade at check-in, based upon availability
* Complimentary continental breakfast for two
* Guaranteed 4:00 p.m. late check-out
* One (1) fifty dollar ($50.00) spa voucher per stay
* Free airport transfer
* Free internet access when available (only for hotels that do not already offer this free to all guests)
* Complimentary gym access for two (2) for the length of your stay

To qualify for the benefits, reservation must be booked on TabletHotels.com using the guest profile allocated to Tablet Plus during the sign up process. Only one room per Member per stay is eligible for the benefits.

Members will also receive a copy of each of the Tablet10 books published during the term of the membership, which covers yearly the best new hotels around the world. The books will be mailed to the members at the address entered during the enrollment process.

REMEDIATION TO MEMBERS

If in the event any Eligible Cardholder does not receive the Amenities as described on the reservation confirmation, Tablet will use its commercially reasonable efforts to get the corresponding Participating Hotel to provide compensation that is equivalent to the value of the denied Amenity to the Member. If the Participating Hotel fails to provide compensation which satisfies the Member, Tablet may at its own discretion remove this property from the list of Participating Hotels.

MEMBER PROGRAM TERMS
Hotels may be added or removed from the Member Program at any time with or without notice.

The benefits available under the Member Program in some cases may not be combined with other concurrent offers made by Participating Hotels.

Membership in the Member Program and the benefits accruing thereunder are not transferrable.

Qualifying reservations at Participating Hotels must be booked using the Guest Profile the Member allocated to the Tablet Plus program during the sign-up process. Only one room per Member per stay is eligible for the Tablet Plus benefits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
