If you would like to change a current reservation, you need to rebook it as a new reservation and then cancel the original. This will guarantee that there is a record of the change in your account. Follow this procedure:

  1. Check the "Cancellation Policy" and "Rate Rules" of your original reservation, to ensure that you are not within the penalty time period indicated.
  2. Make a new reservation - be sure to sign in during the process in order to access your previously saved profiles.
  3. Upon receiving confirmation of your new reservation, proceed to cancel your original reservation.

Be sure to make your new reservation first and then cancel your original, so that you don't lose your space in the hotel. If you have trouble finding availability or the same rate for your new dates, please contact customer service for assistance.

The hotel charges your card in their currency for your stay per the terms of the rate you choose. Tablet charges your card only for Tablet Plus membership fees.

Since the hotel charges your card (Tablet charges your card only for Tablet Plus membership fees, not for bookings) we need to be able to send your billing information securely to the hotel. When you provide your credit card information to us it is converted to an encrypted "key" and is not stored with us. When hotels receive the reservation they need to provide their own verified account information in order to decrypt your information. Most booking sites do not take the extra steps to do this.

Absolutely. The reservation process has an area for guest information on the checkout page, simply enter the guest name that is paired with the room type chosen.

No. Anyone can book on Tablet. When you see any reference to 'members' it is referring to Tablet Plus members (more on that here). Once you make a booking you will need to create a password in order to view and/or cancel your reservation.

You can book up to 4 rooms in a single checkout by using the room selector. Different room types can be combined but if you wish to book 5 or more, please contact us as a disounted rate may be available.

If you are using a valid card, make sure that the expiration date of your credit card is after the departure date which you are attempting to book. Your credit card number must be entered in consecutive numerals; do not include "spaces" or "-". Also, be sure to check that there are no blank spaces at the end of the credit card number. Your card must be valid and accepted by the hotel.
